I use a molle drop leg with two thigh straps. You should be able to use most molle attachments to attach the holster as well. All of my OWB holsters will attach to the molle. You can take the holster off of the molle and put belt loops on the holster. All my holsters are built custom. Also available with a level 2 thumb break. I use a old school snap for the thumb breaks because they are reliable.
